Appearance: Clean, bright, medium-light bodied, red brick with honey colour glints.
Nose: Deep, remarkable spicy hints. Complex and elegant wood hints. Ripe fruits hints in the end.
Tasting: Pleasant, fine and elegant.
Aftertaste: Remarkable spicy hints.
Finish: Long and complex end.
It matches with any kind of meat and mushrooms rice. Some tasty or oily fish such as tuna or cod. Medium-aged cheese such as emmental or gruyere.
