Nose: Complex and mature. Long aging notes dominating the spices.
Tasting: Silky and balanced.

It is easy to pair with any type of meat. Grilled mushrooms. Some fish with a lot of flavor or fatty, like tuna or cod. Emmental or gruyere cheeses. Good with rice with mushrooms.
