Wine production reached 55 million litres Vegetative cycle of 202 days. Preceding winter very cold and very dry. Very wet spring. Some frost in May. Very dry summer and ripening period. Warm October.
Appearance: Clean, bright, medium deep, brick developing to orange.
Nose: Plenty of aromas, cedar and dry herb hints.
Tasting: Mature wine, elegant and noble.
Aftertaste: Remarkable spicy hints.
Finish: Long and elegant, several aromatic hints.
It matches with any kind of meat and mushrooms rice. Some tasty or oily fish such as tuna or cod. Medium-aged cheese such as emmental or gruyere.
