Nose: Ripe fruit, fine cedar hints, pleasant spicy notes and slightly floral touch on the background.
Tasting: Full bodied, good acidity and elegant on the palate.
Aftertaste: Intense and pleasant. Integrated notes of ripe fruits and wood.
Finish: Long, spicy and wood hints.
It matches with any kind of meat and mushrooms rice. Some tasty or oily fish such as tuna or cod. Medium-aged cheese such as emmental or gruyere.
